HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CAPSULE WARDROBE?

Fee must be paid by bank transfer. 

HOW CAN I GET MY OWN CAPSULE WARDROBE?

You need to fill in the form you will find in the "Capsule Wardrobe" page, create an account (don't forget to add your address and phone number, we need them for the invoice) and take our survey.

As soon as the first draft is ready we will contact you. Please remember that 30% of our fee has to be paid in advance. Once the payment is completed, we will send you the first draft.

If you like everything we can proceed with the final payment or make some changes, in case you don't like some of the pieces.

As soon as the final payment is completed, you will receive the links to the items that you can buy at your own leisure.

It’s a small selection of clothes and accessories where everything can work with everything. It focuses on pieces that are high-quality and versatile. The clothes should fit your lifestyle and your personal style.

  • If you live outside the European Union, you may have to pay additional taxes such as Import Duty or a Customs Entry Fee before or when your order arrives. Unfortunately, we are unable to give exact costs; so please check with your local customs office if you’d like more information.
  • On occasion, delivery may be prolonged due to custom delays outside of our control.

HOW MUCH IT IS FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE. 

WHEN DO YOU CHARGE ME?

Depending on the frequency you choose, we charge you every 30, 60 or 90 days from the the day you signed you up if you paid us with paypal or whenever the package is shipped if you used a credit card.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We’re sure you’ll love your order. But if you are not satisfied with the style or fit of a product  you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item.

 

Here’s what to do:

1. Wrap the unused item with the original tags still attached securely in its original package and make sure to include a completed returns form in your parcel.

2. Return the items within 30 working days to the address below, using a trackable service. Make sure you keep your proof of postage.

Please note: 

 

  • The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable service. Make sure to keep you receipt and remember  that unfortunately we can’t be responsible for lost post.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear, earrings or socks. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST ORDER?

We ask you to allow 3-7 working days for us to process your order.

  • We deliver Monday to Friday.
  • If you order on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or over a Bank Holiday, we’ll process your purchase the next working day.

As soon as your order ships you will have the ability to track your shipment every step of the way. 

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO SEND ME?

We look at your profile and your special requests. Your stylist then picks items based  on your sizes, membership and preferences, as well as how often you wear certain items.
